The first sincerely American cuisine is having a revival

Sherman’s catering employer hosts pop-up dinners in his Minneapolis, Minnesota, base and throughout the United States of America. He additionally plans to open a nonprofit restaurant and teaching kitchen later this year in Minneapolis.
“I don’t assume human notions that a lot about Native American cuisine is for the long term because of systematic oppression. Out of sight and out of mind,” he says. “People must truly comprehend how robust indigenous cultures are and the numerous they are.
